TFD-24 gages are integrated into dual belt conveyors with the parts driven through the gage. The TFD-24 is a contact gage and, unlike laser gages or air gages, the parts can be measured wet. By measuring the parts wet, you eliminate the cost, noise and spray created by an air blow-off station. Unlike air gages, there are no expensive air rings to replace and part changeovers require little or no additional tooling.
