MoreST. LOUIS, MO-TriMet, a metrology engineering company, recently opened a 2,000-square-foot office and showroom in Fenton, MO. Trimet is focused on sales and service with the probing, scanning and technologies from various manufacturers including Nikon Metrology (Nikon Laser Scanner), Nikon Metrology-Vision Systems Inc., Innovmetric Software, API, and the newest SpecMetrix.
The office was opened in April of 2011. Besides additional much needed office space, the new location includes a large demonstration showroom plus training and conference facilities in addition to access to a shop area for tool building and fabrication. The owners, Tim Dobrinich, Mitch Fields and Kevin Fields, have more than 30 years of experience in the field of metrology.
