X-ray Systems Manufacturer Receives Award

PALO ALTO, CA-"World X-ray and Vision Inspection Systems in Electronics Manufacturing Markets," a recent analysis from consulting company Frost & Sullivan, selected phoenix|x-ray Systems + Services GmbH as the recipient of the 2004 Product Line Strategy Leadership Award. Frost & Sullivan presents this award to a company that has demonstrated significant insight into customer needs and product demands.

The manufacturer of microfocus and nanofocus X-ray and computed tomography systems has optimized its product line by offering applications over a range of price, performance and feature points required by the market, according to Frost & Sullivan.

Today, phoenix|x-ray Systems + Services offers approximately 20 types of products from 2-D inspection systems to 3-D tomography systems.
