Harold Krivan, senior partner with J.D. Power & Associates (Westlake Village, CA), will be the keynote speaker at Quality Expo Detroit on June 12. Krivan's address, "Quality: More Important Than Ever," will look at quality from the customer's viewpoint. A vehicle can perform to engineering and design specifications, but if those specifications are not developed or aligned with the customer's expectations, customers will perceive there to be a problem. Customers today, more than ever, have higher expectations for quality, particularly when it comes to their automobiles. That quality starts at the design and engineering phase and continues through the supplier chain, the manufacturing process and on to the dealership.

Quality Expo Detroit will be held June 12 and 13 at the Novi Expo Center in Novi, MI. For more information, contact Reed Exhibitions Co. at (888) 267-3794 or visit
