James Truchard, president, CEO and cofounder of National Instruments (Austin, TX) ranks among the best CEOs in America for the third consecutive year, according to Worth magazine. The editorial staff picks the top CEOs based on foresight, judgment, business acumen and vision.

Craig Crossley has been appointed president of Mahr Federal Inc. (Providence, RI).

Michael P. Kerwin has been promoted to vice president of Rochester operations at Gleason Works (Rochester, NY).

Greg Barnhart has been appointed a regional manager with Newell Electronics (Columbus, OH), a manufacturer of digital readout systems and linear measurement technology.

Alain Francq is the business unit leader for Virtek's Industrial Imaging business unit (Waterloo, Ontario, Canada).

George Biltz has been named global business leader for Dow Contract Manufacturing Services (Midland, MI).

David W. Goodfellow is the president of SU America Inc., a division of Samputensili S.p.A. (Bologna, Italy). In addition to his new responsibilities, Goodfellow will continue to serve as vice president and group officer of Meritage Inc. (Rockford, IL).

Sherry A. Swirsky has joined the National Skills Standards Board (Washington, D.C.).

Vinod M. Khilnani has been appointed senior vice president and CFO of CTS Corp. (Elkhart, IN).

Thomas J. Moran has been pro-moted to president and COO of Romer Inc. (Farmington Hills, MI). Additional promotions include Robert Martin to North American sales manager and Tim Dobrinich to international sales manager.
