Software Streamlines Complaint Tracking

TAMPA, FL-Pilgrim Software Inc., a provider of enterprise quality and compliance management solutions, releases its 2005 version of SmartComplaints customer complaint management solution. The software helps organizations meet specific requirements for capturing, investigating, resolving and reporting customer complaints.

SmartComplaints is a Web-based complaint management solution that streamlines the submission and tracking of regulatory reports through automated processes. The software is a fully integrated part of Pilgrim's SmartSolve suite of Web-based solutions built on Microsoft's .NET platform.
