Participate in Nadcap's Supplier Survey

WARRENDALE, PA-The Nadcap Supplier Support Committee (SSC) has released its fourth customer feedback survey.

To allow the SSC, Nadcap Management Council (NMC) and the Performance Review Institute (PRI) to identify, prioritize and objectively respond to supplier concerns, all Nadcap accredited aerospace suppliers are requested to complete the survey prior to July 31, 2009. It will take no more than 10 minutes.

The survey is available Here.

The survey results will be reviewed by a team of primes, suppliers and PRI staff. Preliminary findings will be presented during the Nadcap meeting in Pittsburgh in October 2009.

A final report will be issued at the February 2010 Nadcap meeting and published on the PRI Web site.

All participating Nadcap suppliers are strongly encouraged to answer all survey questions objectively, and to provide honest feedback on ways to improve the Nadcap process.

Nadcap is part of PRI's Customer Solutions & Support, which exists to provide quality customer-driven and cost-effective business solutions to continually improve organizations throughout the world.

The purpose of this field guide is to assist organizations, step by step, in implementing a quality management system (QMS) in conformance with ISO 9001:2008, whether from scratch or by transitioning from ISO 9001:2000. It examines each sub-clause of Sections 4–8 of ISO 9001:2008, which contain the requirements, and gives a list of the documentation/documents required, internal audit questions, a summary of management’s responsibilities, and a flowchart of the steps that need to be undertaken to satisfy the requirements.
