  • In the February 2006 issue, the photo published in "Developing a Formal Calibration Plan," (page 22) was inaccurate. At right is the correct photo of Quality Calibration Service Inc.'s calibration lab.
  • In the same issue in "Mark Quality Equals Part Quality," a sentence on page 37 should have read: "For example, to meet the objectives of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Unique Identification (UID) Program initiative, suppliers are now required by contract to mark and verify DPM codes on items having an acquisition cost of more than $5,000, serialized items, mission-critical items, and spared or repaired items that meet Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements."
