Three-Way Measuring System

The FTP 130 is a three-way measuring system that measures the flatness, thickness and parallelism of both 1- and 2- sided parts. Up to two different functions can be used simultaneously to measure parts as thin as 0.20 millimeter or as thick as 200 millimeters. System components to measure larger objects are available on request. An analog-digital display is included that eliminates inaccuracies. The operator also can record results and produce analysis reports, which can help with meeting ISO and SPC production requirements. The system components include digital amplifier with analog-digital display; heavy-duty gage stand base; 130-millimeter square hardened steel anvil (grooved face); and two inductive probes (one thickness/parallel, one flatness).
