Akron, OH-Applied Vision Corp., provider of machine vision inspection systems for the container manufacturing industry, was recently recognized by the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University as one of the fastest growing companies in the region, given its 199% sales growth and 110% employment growth between 2002 and 2006. This is the fourth consecutive year that AVC has won a spot on the list.

“Our growth over the past several years reinforces our position as the global leader in our market,” says Manijeh Novini, chief financial officer for Applied Vision. “This recognition reflects the hard work of our team members, OEMs and distributors in establishing strong relationships with customers throughout the industries we serve by focusing on world-class technology, quality and service.”
