The SteREO Discovery.V20 stereomicroscope is suited for dissection and documentation, research and development, and quality assurance applications in a number of industries. The optical performance of the stereomicroscope has a field of view of 23 millimeters at 10X. These features allow operators to visualize both large specimen and their small details on a single microscope without needing to change objectives or eyepieces. The step motor control of the zoom optics enables continuous increases in magnification with precise zoom levels to create a well-defined, high-contrast image throughout the entire zoom range. The system control panel (SyCoP) puts all major microscope functions at the operator’s fingertips, allowing for fast changeover between zoom/focus/ illumination functions and displays for total magnification, object field, resolution, depth of field and Z position.
