IBS Software Helps Company Achieve Zero Nonconformities

LEXINGTON, MA, March 4-Aspen Aerogels, a provider of insulation solutions, recently achieved zero nonconformances during its ISO 9001 re-certification. The company credits QSi Now! quality management software from IBS America, a provider of compliance and quality management solutions, with helping them achieve the results. “We certainly could not have been this successful without the great system and the outstanding support that IBS provides,” says Ann Upton, quality manager at Aspen Aerogels. “The QSi Now! system helped us achieve our internal goal of zero non-conformances.”

QSi Now! is a Web-based solution for enterprise quality management. The software is purpose-built to address the requirements of ISO 9001, including document control, internal audits, customer management, change management and employee training.
