CHANTILLY, VA-The InfinityQS User Group (IQSUG) will hold its second annual user conference-Infusion 2008, in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, October 19 to 22, 2008.

The conference will feature presentations from experienced users of the company’s real-time statistical process control (SPC) software. These presentations will feature case studies that demonstrate best practices in real-time quality control as well as open discussions for exchanging ideas, strategies and expert quality solutions.

In planning the event, the IQSUG reached out to InfinityQS users in more than 2,000 manufacturing facilities worldwide. In 2007, more than 100 users attended the event, and that number is expected to rise for this year’s conference. Infusion 2008 will further the IQSUG mission of bringing together InfinityQS users for the exchange of ideas, information, best practices and strategies to assist them in optimizing the management, understanding and control of their companies’ quality initiatives.

The keynote address will be delivered by Thomas Sloma-Williams, publisher ofQualityMagazine, NDT and Vision & Sensors. Williams is an 18-year veteran of business-to-business publishing, and has served as a spokesman at industry events, launched new publications, developed conferences focused on quality and has overseen various electronic and Internet efforts.
