Portable CMM

The MultiGage is a 6-axis portable coordinate measuring machine (CMM) with a 1.2 meter measuring volume. The CMM can be used for 3-D control of molds, parts, tooling and castings. Its quick-mount system allows the CMM to be set up for on-demand measurement and inspection of parts or assemblies on machine tools or the shop floor. The CMM can replace a variety of handheld tools, such as height gages, dial calipers, bore gages, jo blocks, micrometers and dial indicators. The system’s plug-and-play probes and software interface result in ease of operation. Detailed measurement reports are generated automatically.
