Spot Imaging Software is Vista-compatible and provides expanded time lapse imaging capabilities, making it easier to capture time-critical dynamic events. Viewing low light level signals is enhanced with automatic scaling of pixel intensity data. The extended focus imaging algorithms reveal previously obscured information from thick samples, and the custom variables increase the power of the software’s automation functions. The software also has database archiving, report generation, peripheral device control, nondestructive annotations, calibration marks and measurements, all within its interface.
