OneTouch optical measuring systems offer fast and accurate dimensional analysis. The field of view measuring device automates the measuring process, with no need for a keyboard or mouse after a measuring program is created. Operators with minimal computer experience can become proficient at producing part programs within a few hours of use. A combination of standard and configurable screen overlay targets and a movable crosshair/DRO combine with geometric edge acquisition tools for measuring versatility and capability.

The pattern matching capability of the device makes part orientation fully automatic, eliminating the need for time-consuming part alignment. The device has telecentric optics, a high-resolution digital camera and includes programmable illumination-both episcopic and backlight-which produces digital images on a 20-inch LCD monitor.
