Optical Measuring

The OneTouch is an optical measuring system that can perform micron-level accuracy measurement on just a few features or highly complex part inspection with the touch of a button. The field of view measuring device automates the measuring process. There is no need for a keyboard or mouse after a measuring program is created with proprietary software. Operators with minimal computer experience can become proficient at producing part programs within a few hours of use.

A combination of standard and configurable screen overlay targets and a movable crosshair/DRO combine with geometric edge acquisition tools for measuring versatility and capability. The system’s pattern matching capability eliminates the need for time-consuming part alignment.
