Roundness Measurement

The RA-10 Roundtest roundness measuring instrument is suited for manufacturers requiring inspection of small, cylindrical workpieces in the lab or high-volume inspection on the production floor. The instrument has a large touch-panel control and LCD display. It also has a function that stores measurement steps in advance for recalling via a single keystroke, as well as a function that enables the detector’s level to be zeroed out with one keystroke, eliminating the need for the operator to reposition the detector.

Additionally, the instrument includes an X-axis stopper and a Z-axis scale unit. Measurement data can be printed from the built-in printer, output via RS232C or SPC ports, or stored to external memory through a USB port.
