Ramcel Engineering has begun the certification process to ISO 14001, the environmental standard, and is on target for certification in the second half of 2009. With technology expanding, the company has increased the intensity of its existing die sensing program, whereby key features are controlled beyond normal/routine die maintenance. The company has recently designed, built and implemented an in-line vision system for inspection for presence of features on an automotive part which contains over 150 key features.
