Large Part Fixturing
XTension fixtures hold large parts during inspection. Lightweight aluminum extrusions are used along with the company’s standard components for building a setup vertically off the fixture plate or creating a support structure to fixture a part. The fixtures can be left assembled for recurring inspections or can be taken apart and reassembled for other parts. The company also can design and build fixtures to fit a given application. The fixtures require few hand tools to assemble.
