ROCHESTER, NY-Gradient Lens Corp. has acquired FRS-Omega Inc., manufacturer of visual inspection products. The addition of FRS Omega’s line of flexible fiberoptic and video borescopes gives the company an expanded product line.
“This merger will allow us to provide the most comprehensive offering of rigid and flexible borescopes that are made, sold and serviced in the United States,” says Gradient Lens Corp. President and Chief Scientist Dr. Douglas Kindred. “We think combining these product offerings makes our new company the best value in the industry.”
With the addition FRS Omega, the company now offers new video borescopes, new flexible borescopes and lower pricing for certain instruments.
