TAMPA, FL-Pilgrim Software Inc., provider of enterprise compliance and quality management (ECQM) software solutions, has announced that Vitalograph, a manufacturer of respiratory diagnostic and therapeutic products, has gone live with Pilgrim’s SmartDoc and SmartTrain solutions at its Ennis, Ireland, manufacturing facility.

The two integrated products provide a centralized electronic document/training management solution to support the site’s continuous quality operations.

SmartDoc live provides an enterprisewide document management application that facilitates regulatory compliance while improving the accessibility and quality of critical documents.

SmartTrain automates employee training records and certifications, and helps ensure that companies uphold industry compliance standards for electronic records management.

“Effective management of any documentation is a critical regulatory issue within our industry, and we’re also required to ensure the effectiveness of the way we manage employee training, training records and certifications,” says Tom J. Healy, Vitalograph’s director of quality assurance & regulatory affairs. “With Pilgrim’s centralized solutions, we have an effective closed-loop process in place that greatly improves visibility of our training programs and the efficiencies of our operations.”
