ISO 9001 certification, part of the ISO 9000 family of standards for quality management systems, was awarded after independent auditing based on a review of Harco's facilities, functions, products, services and processes. Certification confirms that formalized business systems have been applied to the management and execution of Harco's work environment.
ISO certification requirements are intended to facilitate customer satisfaction through consistently enhanced products and services that meet customer expectations. Additionally, a requirement is included for planned, continual improvement of Harco's quality management system.
"There are several business advantages to becoming ISO certified," says Harco President and Founder Jay Hall. "Receiving certification creates more efficient, effective operations, reduces waste, increases productivity, enhances employee awareness and increases customer satisfaction and retention. ISO guidelines provide a comprehensive model for quality management systems that only serves to enhance our already competitive business structure."
