CLEVELAND, OH, AND BRECKENRIDGE, CO-IQS Inc., provider of enterprise quality and compliance software, has announced a strategic alliance with PHRED Solutions. IQS will use PHRED’s problem solving software as the foundation for enhancing the corrective action and root cause analysis capabilities within IQS’ enterprise quality and compliance software. PHRED Solutions addresses problem solving, knowledge capture, retention and reapplication across an organization and its supply base.

The new offering, IQS Advanced Problem Solving, Powered by PHRED, is an enterprise problem-solving tool that enables manufacturers to standardize their problem solving processes using questioned-based reasoning software to support 8D, A3/lean problem solving and 5-why root cause analysis methods.
