Quality Control Software

The release of ProFicient 4 further expands the software’s ability to integrate with enterprise manufacturing systems via automated data transfer. Enhancements for compliance reporting include new workflow capabilities to help ensure that data is collected at the necessary intervals for the required characteristics. A scheduler alerts operators of scheduled data collection tasks, and the software offers new options that help shop floor operators collect data. Operators have more flexibility to interact with the simplified interface and can map specific manufacturing processes to individual workstations. The new interface allows operators to view a checklist that shows all data collection tasks so they know exactly what to test and when.
