The Series 300P indicating snap gages are for use with cylindrical parts with narrow tolerance ranges. The gages are available in a variety of sizes with measuring capacity increasing in 1-inch increments up to 9 inches. The gages can be configured with a number of different indicators and all are fully adjustable with positive position locking at any point within the gaging range. With a standard dial indicator installed, the measuring range of the gages is 0.02 inch, with a resolution of 0.0001 inch. The gages also can accommodate digital indicators, air probes and electronic probes using the same standard ³⁄?-inch diameter mounting. With an electronic probe and an amplifier, resolution of 10 microinches can be achieved for tolerance measurements tighter than 0.0005 inch.
