Jergens Industrial Supply Acquires Cutting Tool and Industrial Supply Division of The George Whalley Co.

CLEVELAND, OH- Jergens Industrial Supply (JIS), a division of Jergens Inc., has acquired the assets of the Cutting Tool and Industrial Supply Division of The George Whalley Co. Together, JIS and The George Whalley Co. have 100 years of experience and with this acquisition, JIS becomes the largest industrial distributor within 150 miles of Cleveland.

The George Whalley Co. was founded in 1937. Both JIS and The George Whalley Co. are distributors of metalworking consumables and related products and offer technical service and product training programs, vendor and usage control programs, inventory management and cost saving analysis.
