Nova Adds Foundry to Standalone Metrology Customer Base

REHOVOT, ISRAEL -- Nova Measuring Instruments , a provider of stand-alone metrology and integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, announced that a foundry has accepted its Nova T500 metrology as Process Tool of Record (PTOR) for the 3Xnm technology node.
