REHOVOT, ISRAEL -- Nova Measuring Instruments , a provider of stand-alone metrology and integrated metrology solutions to the semiconductor process control market, announced that a foundry has accepted its Nova T500 metrology as Process Tool of Record (PTOR) for the 3Xnm technology node.

"We enter 2011 with a significantly larger standalone customer base than ever before,” said Nova President and CEO Gabi Seligsohn. “This additional adoption of our Nova T500 standalone platform, at the highest end of technology, further solidifies our position in leading edge semiconductor manufacturing. We expect this win to generate significant business in the future as our customer extends the migration to the 3xnm technology node."
