MoreCAMBRIDGE, UNITED KINGDOM–Aveva an engineering design and information management solutions company for the plant, power and marine industries, and Faro, a high precision laser scanning and 3-D documentation technology company, have signed an interoperability agreement.
Under the terms of this agreement, Aveva and Faro will cooperate closely to provide an integration between Faro’s laser scan hardware technology and Aveva’s portfolio of laser engineering and design software solutions. This follows Aveva’s recent acquisition of the LFM software division of Z+F UK.
