Kozlin, a financial executive, will provide strategic leadership at Pilgrim and as CFO will oversee all financial aspects of Pilgrim in conjunction with Pilgrim’s growth objectives including business plans, budgets, financial reporting, analysis and planning, accounting, and legal and contracts.
Kozlin brings to Pilgrim senior-level domestic and international financial leadership, including specific experience in the software and technology industries.
Prior to joining Pilgrim, Kozlin was CFO of Fortress Technologies Inc., a secure outdoor tactical wireless communications company for global defense, critical infrastructure and enterprise users.
