InfinityQS Announces Major Global Customers to Present at Infusion 2012 in Denver

CHANTILLY, VA-InfinityQS International Inc., a global manufacturing intelligence and quality enterprise company, today announced that representatives from Kraft Foods, Medtronic Spinal & Biologics, Ball Corporation, Morningstar – a Dean Foods Company, Trek Bicycle, Coty, Greene Tweed & Co., and Accellent will headline the customer speaker lineup for its sixth annual user conference, Infusion 2012, held Sept. 23-26, in Denver.

Simon Ellis, practice director, Supply Chain Strategies, IDC Manufacturing Insights, will offer his insight on the role of real-time manufacturing intelligence in improving product quality, reducing costs and making better business decisions, while sharing results from the recent supply chain survey, Business Strategy: 2012 Supply Chain Survey Results and Insights, July 2012. The real-world experience of our customers and the ability to rub elbows with the big thinkers in manufacturing intelligence are what make Infusion the premier event for today’s quality-minded manufacturers,” says Michael A. Lyle, president and CEO, InfinityQS. “This is evidenced in the 25% increase we have already seen in registration this year. After attending the sessions, panels and discussions planned for this year’s conference, attendees will have a clear path for the next few years of their continuous improvement strategies.”

Conference agenda highlights include an executive panel on the state of quality in manufacturing, with feedback from the following manufacturing executives:
  • Peter Begg, senior director Global Quality Programs, Kraft Foods;
  • W. Garth Conrad, senior director Quality, Medtronic Spinal & Biologics; and o Mike Heffner, director of Quality, Ball Corp.

    There will also be customer presentations, in which attendees can learn first-hand how manufacturing’s global leaders leverage technology to achieve superior product quality and supply chain efficiencies. The presenters include:

  • Steve Theobald, quality engineer, Trek Bicycle;
  • Tom Swift, information systems analyst, Kraft Foods;
  • Romina Colautti, process engineer, Coty;
  • Brice Langston, process engineer, Greene Tweed & Co.; and
  • Danielle Partridge, quality engineer, Accellent.

    During Infusion 2012, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about InfinityQS’ enterprise quality hub, ProFicient. Powered by a centralized statistical process control (SPC) engine, the software easily gathers manufacturing intelligence and production data across the enterprise and supply chain, providing a high level of visibility deep into operations.
