TAMARAC, FL-Interplex Sunbelt, a supplier of precision components and a division of Interplex Industries, has received a Zero PPM award from Stoneridge Control Devices’ Lexington Division (Hi-Stat), to recognize Sunbelt's outstanding quality performance in 2011.

“Due to the impact from earthquake/tsunami in Japan, as well as the flooding in Thailand, the past year was one of the toughest for the North American automotive industry,” Stoneridge says. “We highly appreciate Interplex Sunbelt’s strong support to our organization through your solid performance on quality and delivery in 2011.”

"We are honored by Hi-Stat's recognition," says Robert Koppel, president of Interplex Sunbelt. "The award recognizes the hard work of everyone here at Interplex Sunbelt to deliver complex precision components with the highest quality possible. It's a tribute to the effort of our toolmakers, operators and our quality team have given to Hi-Stat and all of our customers to insure we do everything we can to ship defect-free products."
