The Luxxor video system offers manufacturers a way to capture, share and store borescope inspection images, aiding the effort to discover product flaws early in the manufacturing process. The system connects to rigid and flexible borescopes from many manufacturers. The benefits of using the system include the ability to easily document inspections and store video or still images on a computer hard drive; share inspection images via e-mail or hard copy; hold group reviews of inspection images displayed on a video monitor; and more easily and quickly conduct repetitive inspections by relieving the physical and mental fatigue of inspectors.
