TROY, MI-Test Equipment Distributors (TED), a provider of nondestructive testing equipment and services, serving the automotive, aerospace and other industries, names Rick Ballinger vice president. Ballinger now has overall responsibility for operations, service and technical support.
Prior to his promotion to vice president, Ballinger had served as operations manager since 2002. He joined Test Equipment Distributors in 1984 as a manufacturing technician and was named service manager in 1995.
