Applied Vision Corporation Reports Record Fiscal Year

AKRON, OH-Applied Vision Corp., a provider of machine vision inspection systems for the container manufacturing industry, today announced a 2011 company record-breaking year including a 17% increase in shipped product, as well as an expansion that more than doubled the size of its manufacturing facility headquartered in Akron, OH marking the end of a record fiscal year entering 2012.

"Applied Vision emerged from fiscal year 2011 with increased sales and additional manufacturing capacity to accommodate projected growth in the coming years," says Manijeh Novini, chief financial officer and co-founder. "We continue to be successful due to the hard work and dedication of the exceptional members of our organization, and plan to broaden our geographic reach and grow our global support networks well into 2012."
