CHICAGO - Iinstrumentation specialist Ashtead Technology is delighted to announce that it has been selected as the official U.S. repair center for J.U.M Engineering’s Hydrocarbon Analyzers.

The company’s Center of Excellence for Continuous Emission Monitors (CEMs) in Chicago was chosen by Germany-based J.U.M due to its high level of QA/QC, technical expertise and willingness to invest in the latest CEMs technology.

Ashtead Technology offers a wide range of J.U.M equipment available for rent, including the High Temperature Total Hydrocarbon Analyzer Model 3-500 and the 109L Methane/Non-methane Hydrocarbon Analyzer.

Ashtead Technology's National Sales Manager for CEMs and Speciality Gases, Larry Fisher, says, “We are excited that J.U.M has selected our CEMs Center as its official U.S. repair facility. We are now the point of contact for the maintenance and repair of any J.U.M instrument across the country, as well as the exclusive, national parts reseller.

“Our technicians, who already have considerable knowledge of J.U.M instruments, will also be undertaking advanced training in Germany to gain manufacturer certification for J.U.M maintenance and repair so that we will be able to provide the highest levels of service and support to our customers.”

Ashtead Technology’s CEMs Center of Excellence, which opened last year, focuses on a comprehensive rental fleet of emissions monitoring and ambient air instrumentation, servicing customers nationwide. The facility is manned by a highly-skilled team of technicians, with more than 20 years of combined experience working within the CEMs industry.
