Nonexecutive Director Added to Ashtead Technology Board

ABERDEEN, SCOTLAND-Ashtead Technology, a provider of specialist equipment rentals including that which is used for nondestructive testing, has added Derek Shepherd to its board as a nonexecutive director. The appointment of Shepherd brings additional asset rental experience to the company.

“Derek Shepherd’s appointment to our board is marvelous news for the company,” says Brian Long, chairman of Ashtead Technology. “We are greatly looking forward to Derek’s input and are confident that his extensive international asset rental experience will add enormous value to Ashtead Technology.”
