5-Megapixel Camera

A 5-megapixel progressive scan camera equipped with a Camera Link interface is available in two versions, the BM-500CL (monochrome) and BB-500CL (raw Bayer color). Both models are built around the Sony ICX625 ?-inch charge-coupled device (CCD) sensor. Potential applications for the cameras include automotive part and glass inspection. The camera can operate at 15 frames per second (fps) with full 5-megapixel resolution. Partial scanning and binning modes also are provided for increased flexibility and performance.
