AKRON, OH-Applied Vision Corp. has been recognized with a Leading EDGE Award presented by The Entrepreneurs EDGE-an organization with strong civic backing dedicated to economic development in Northeast Ohio through growth and entrepreneurship-for the fourth consecutive year.

Each year, Entrepreneurs EDGE recognizes the leading Northeast Ohio mid-market companies based on unbiased, objective data, including the amount of revenue generated and the total amount of compensation paid to employees. This combination demonstrates the commitment of the award recipients to their own growth and to the growth of the Northeast Ohio community.

To qualify, companies must operate within Northeast Ohio, export goods and/or services outside the region and achieve annual net sales between $1 million and $750 million.
