MoreROCHESTER, NY-Gradient Lens Corp. has acquired Phelan, CA-based FRS-Omega Inc., manufacturer of visual inspection products. The addition of FRS-Omega’s line of flexible fiberoptic and video borescopes gives the company an expanded product line.

With the acquisition of FRS-Omega, the company now offers new video borescopes, new flexible borescopes and lower pricing for certain instruments.
