MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA-In the frenetic pace of today's industrial and manufacturing environment, nondestructive testing (NDT) plays a critical role in maintaining quality and ensuring human safety and environmental protection. With rapid advances in sensor, software, robotic and computing technologies, Frost & Sullivan, in partnership with Quality Magazine, have developed a survey that aims to assess the changing perceptions and opportunities in the NDT landscape.

Growing safety awareness is building the need to implement robust inspection and maintenance programs for safety critical applications in industries ranging from aerospace and automotive, to oil and gas or even power generation. Therefore, the need for state-of-the-art NDT technologies is continuously growing.

If you are interested in more information on this survey, please contact Jeannette Garcia, corporate communications, at jeannette.garcia@frost.com, with your full name, company name, job title, telephone number, company email address, company website, city, state and country. Based on your area of interest, respondents will have the opportunity to share insight with the research team as well as receive subsequent research findings information.

“NDT technologies continue to evolve,” says Frost & Sullivan Program Manager, Vijay Mathew.“In terms of usability, NDT equipment has progressed dramatically, although the core inspection techniques remain relatively unchanged. Improvements in computing and sensing technologies have significantly enhanced the capabilities of NDT equipment. This survey will help identify the most prominent market and technology trends.”

The Understanding NDT Market Dynamics and Evolving End-User Preferences Survey is part of ongoing research conducted within the global Measurement & Instrumentation Growth Partnership Services program, which includes a focus on World NVH Test Equipment Market, World Nondestructive Test (NDT) Equipment Markets, and World Condition Monitoring Equipment Market. All research services included in subscriptions provide detailed market opportunities and industry trends evaluated following extensive interviews with market participants.
