VTec Software GmbH (Munich, Germany) has appointed Elvitec Sas (Pertuis) as distributor in France. Besides distributing Halcon and ActivVisionTools, Elvitec Sas is also providing comprehensive technical support for MVTec's software products.

Elvitec Sas, one of the leading distribution and consulting companies for machine vision in France, decided to complete its product portfolio by MVTec software to meet the requirements of a growing market for highly sophisticated machine vision standard software.

According to Marc Moreau, president of Elvitec Sas, the industrial market in France shows a growing demand for powerful and accurate machine vision solutions and Elvitec Sas is looking forward to offer MVTec's state-of-the-art software to OEMs and other customers in the industrial field.
