COLUMBUS, OH-The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) is launching an e-mentoring program to encourage and support young people interested in NDT career paths. The program will match ASNT members with adult student members and young professionals. Mentors will have the opportunity to inspire mentees by sharing their NDT career and industry experience, knowledge and advice. The first critical step is making the commitment to become a mentee or mentor.

Members commit one year of their time to helping a young person reach his or her potential. For more information, call (800) 222-2768 or (614) 274-6003, e-mail mentoring@asnt.org or visit www.asnt.org/membership/ementoring/ementor.htm.
