AKRON, OH-In order to support its growing customer base in Southeast Asia, U.S.-based machine vision supplier Applied Vision has opened a service and support center in Malaysia and a direct sales office in Singapore.

Applied Vision’s Southeast Asian support services are based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Through a strategic partnership with Formach Asia, Applied Vision offers 24-hour technical support on its line of machine vision inspection systems for packaging, food and beverage containers and color printing. A factory-trained engineering staff is available for on-site service and phone support. Demonstration equipment and a full line of spare parts are also located at this facility.
