BOCA RATON, FL-Imperx Inc., a provider of digital cameras and frame grabbers for machine vision systems, has expanded its market presence in the manufacturing belt of the United States with a new business alliance. The company is partnering with North Coast Technical Inc. (NCT, Chesterland, OH) to deliver solutions to complex vision system challenges faced by OEMs and system integrators in the Midwest.

NCT will support Imperx with sales engineering and customer service support based in NCT’s Ohio headquarters and other field offices throughout the Midwest. NCT provides a team of technical sales engineers who can demonstrate products, configure equipment and address technical questions from customers. “We understand our customers’ complex problems and offer complete solutions,” says Dave Sexton, president of NCT. “We chose to work with Imperx because of its leading-edge technology and its people. It’s the people that make a difference.”

“Our relationship with NCT is a continuation of our strategy to expand our sales and customer service across the country,” says Greg Pangburn, CFO of Imperx. “NCT will provide the high levels of knowledge and professionalism that machine vision developers and users require from their suppliers. Our relationship is off to a great start, and we look forward to working closely with NCT for a long time to come.”
