STADTRODA, GERMANY — Allied Vision officially welcomed its 300th employee. Katharina Hilgenfeld, the camera manufacturer's new corporate purchasing manager, will support the global strategic purchasing and materials team in Ahrensburg implementing new processes.

In an official ceremony, Chief Technology Officer Andreas Gerk welcomed Katharina Higenfeld on behalf of the management board and the entire company.

“I am very happy that I have found a new professional home at Allied Vision," said Higenfeld. “I am very proud of being a part of this dynamic, international team.”

With Katharina Hilgenfeld, the high-tech company with its headquarters in Stadtroda near Jena (Thuringia, Germany) has reached another milestone in its number of employees and thus underlines its steady growth. In 2015, Allied Vision has welcomed more than thirty new employees worldwide. In all regions (America, Asia, EMEA), the sales team grew. The Allied Vision Team in Asia welcomed new colleagues in Singapore and Shanghai. The office in Burnaby, near Vancouver (Canada), expanded its staff as well as the Headquarters in Stadtroda.

“This development provides us an additional foundation for our growth strategy 2020. This success is also due to the commitment of our 300 employees at our eight locations," commented CEO Frank Grube.
