Min-Chung Jon has been appointed senior research scientist at Physical Acoustics Corp. (Princeton Junction, NJ).

Dave Barber has been appointed marketing manager of United Grinding Technologies Inc. (Miamisburg, OH).

With the merger between Cincinnati Machine and Lamb Technicon, the following have been appointed to positions within the newly created company, UNOVA Manufacturing Technologies (Detroit): Jim Herrman, president; Gerald Budde, vice president of finance and administration; Doug Harmon, vice president of engineering; Dan Janka, vice president of sales and marketing; and Dave Nowicki, vice president of manufacturing.

John Glavey of Eagle Registrations (Dayton, OH) has opened an office in Chicago to serve customers in the Illinois and Wisconsin region.

Gerry Clarke, president of Human Synergistics International (Plymouth, MI) has also been named chief executive officer of the company.
