ISI and ASI DataMyte Plan Merger

May 1, 2003
Integral Solutions Inc. (ISI, Royal Oak, MI), a provider of advanced product quality planning software and a training firm has signed a letter of intent with ASI DataMyte Inc. (Minnetonka, MN) to merge the two companies. Company officials say that the two company's products complement each other, creating a quality control system that includes a full range of quality documentation and management, as well as quality- related data collection, analysis and reporting.

"While product development will still be driven by customer suggestions and changes in ISO and FDA requirements, our two companies will begin to integrate the software and hardware to create a seamless quality control platform," says Dane Barrager, chief executive officer of ISI.

ASI DataMyte was formed in May by the merger of Applied Statistics Inc. and the former DataMyte business unit of Rockwell Automation Inc.
