Clarification

May 5, 2003
In the story, "Seeing the Factory from Anywhere," (Quality, Sept. 2002, p. 34) two words were inadvertently added to the beginning of the sidebar. The text should have read: "Perhaps the most critical component of the vehicle is the fuel tank, which stores up to 20 gallons or more of gasoline just inches below the car seats that passengers sit in everyday."

Also, in the case study, Web + Consultant = Fast Certification (Quality, Sept. 2002, p. 42), the telephone number for Prism eSolutions was incorrect. The correct number is (888) 386-2330.
