PITTSBURGH-Proposals are being accepted for the 18th Annual International Conference on ISO 9000 & Related Standards, to be held March 14 to 16, 2010, at the Rosen Plaza Hotel, Orlando. The deadline for submission is August 31, 2009.
Proposals will be reviewed by the technical committee for relevance to the theme and objectives, demonstrated application and technical content. Priority will be given to best practices, new and unique approaches and case studies and interactive sessions that have resulted in measurable improvements to organizational processes and/or customer satisfaction.

How To Submit Each submittal must be made on the
attached form, one form for each session or workshop proposal. For papers with multiple authors, please indicate the principal speaker, and the contact person if different from the principal speaker. You must fill out each field completely and accurately in order to be considered.
Authors of accepted proposals will be notified by October 30, 2009, and will receive further instructions for preparing their interactive presentations/workshops. The conference registration fee will be waived only for the principal presenter. There will be no additional compensation for the presenters.
